LifeLinc Leadership Team Sees Key Additions, Promotions
LifeLinc is pleased to announce the addition of two key members to the corporate leadership team and the promotion of two others. In an evolving, post-COVID market, LifeLinc’s strategic direction will continue to emphasize the growth of clinical staff by recruitment of top-notch providers. Excellence in clinical care begins with expert clinicians who are supported in their mission by a strong recruitment, operational, and administrative team.
To support this clinical growth, LifeLinc has reorganized the clinical recruiting team with the hiring of Brandie Lee as Director of Clinical Recruitment and Blake Reynolds as Clinical Recruiter. Brandie brings over 15 years of recruitment, operations, and HR experience. She has extensive expertise in the full-cycle recruitment of clinical providers with a solid track record of implementing strategies that build long-term relationships and drive new candidate lead generation. Blake has been a part of the LifeLinc team as an administrative resident for over a year having recently earned his Masters of Health Administration from The University of Memphis. Joining our team full time, he brings an attention to detail and outgoing personality to LifeLinc’s recruiting efforts.
Additionally, Sarah Mitchell, MBA, has been promoted to Director of Operations from her previously held Operations Manager position. Sarah has been a part of LifeLinc’s growth for almost five years and continues to be an integral part of LifeLinc’s leadership, ensuring adequate case coverage at LifeLinc’s clinical sites. She works closely with clinical management to create staffing efficiency while managing the in-house credentialing team.
In the billing department, Demeeka Wright has been promoted to Billing Manager from her previous role of Billing Process Manager. In her new position, Demeeka will be responsible for the management and oversight of the entire in-house billing team. She has a proven record of driving efficiencies that ensure the capture of all billable charges promptly.
