LifeLinc Anesthesia Recognized for Top Patient Satisfaction

Congratulations to our anesthesia team at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN for being recognized as a Survey Vitals top performer! Our team scored in the top 10% of Survey Vitals patient satisfaction surveys for overall patient experience during the fourth quarter, 2017.

Scores were calculated using the Anesthesia Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (APSQ) completed during October 1 through December 31, 2017.
 
The APSQ encompasses feedback from five categories including patient communication, decision preparation, ease of patient anxiety, ensuring patient comfort and respecting the patient’s privacy. Surveys were administered via email, text message, and interactive voice response. 
 
LifeLinc’s team at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN, received 268 fourth quarter surveys which were benchmarked against Survey Vitals fourth quarter national survey total of 68,890.
